Account & Data Deletion

At Sympl Surveys, we believe you should have complete control over your data. If you wish to close your account and remove your personal information from our systems, please follow the guidelines below.

How to Delete Your Account

In-App Deletion (Fastest) The most direct way to delete your account is through the Sympl Surveys app:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Settings.

  3. Tap on Delete Account.

  4. Confirm your choice by selecting Yes.

Important Information About Deletion

  • Forfeiture of Balances: By deleting your account, you acknowledge that you will permanently forfeit any remaining balances, rewards, or credits earned within Sympl Surveys. These cannot be redeemed, refunded, or transferred once the deletion process begins.

  • 30-Day Recovery Period: We provide a 30-day grace period. Your account will be deactivated immediately, but your data will be held for 30 days. If you change your mind, simply log back into the app within this window to cancel the deletion and restore your account.

  • Permanent Data Removal: After 30 days, your account and all associated data (profile information, survey history, and preferences) will be permanently purged from our active servers.
